I'm Shivanshu Agrawal. I've spent the last decade building distributed systems, databases, and security infrastructure — the past eight years at Rubrik, and before that on the distributed computing infrastructure team at Goldman Sachs.

I studied computer science at IIT Kanpur, where I did my bachelor's and master's.

I write here about databases, distributed systems, and whatever I'm currently building or trying to understand.
